The more I visit Scotland, the more I want to explore it. A family trip during the August school holidays gave me an opportunity to have a morning in Neil McIntyre's Red Squirrel hide. The hide is one of the best I have spent time in, nice and comfortable with 3 large openings to view the wildlife.

The hide is located in a Caledonian pine forest and during my visit the heather was in full bloom. The squirrels were active throughout the morning, with plenty of opportunities to get some images.

Below is a link to Neil's Website, I can thoroughly recommend his Squirrel hide and just wish I could have spent more time there.
